Optimize the processing when importing large amounts of software

I searched for the .exe file in the file manager, and then filtered the file type .exe, then dragged the result to AdGuard's filtered software list, and then AdGuard crashed.

@c2xusnpq6 I cannot reproduce this problem. Please tell me which version of AdGuard are you using? And how many files are you trying to import?

Then drag all items to AdGuard................................................................😅then it CRASHED!

The debug log was sent via AdGuard, please check it. @AleksandrShulgin

No, I don't. I have submitted my email address, but... No. SRY

By the way, I use ProtonMail.

@c2xusnpq6 Please try reinstalling the app and reproduce this problem. Then send the logs again.

@AleksandrShulgin The ticket numbers are 548419, 548486, and 548490.

BTW, I sent many logs, but only received a few ticket numbers...

@c2xusnpq6 , btw, in AdGuard 8.0 we'll plan to change the whole logic of filtered application - instead of adding applications to filter one by one, all the applications will be filtered by default. In that sense this issue will lose actuality
