Automatically show a filter's description in the filters editor when moving the mouse cursor on it.

In now version, can't read added filters' descriptions in the filters editor. I wish it can automatically show a filter's translated description in the filters editor when moving the mouse cursor on it.

Or you can give an icon of question mark near a filter, such like what you did in the screen of adding filters subscriptions.

Thanks for your idea, we'll add this feature later. Now we are focused on UI changes
