Cannot import filter using Samba protocol

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try to import custom filter using SMB protocol Example of URL: \\smb_server\files\Custom_Filter.txt

Actual behavior

Import failed.

Expected behavior

Import not failed.

Your environment

  • AdGuard 7.4 nightly 8
  • Windows 10
  • SMB server - NAS Synology

Note: Same result if you map \\smb_server\files\ as a network drive N: and then use N:\Custom_Filter.txt in AdGuard for Windows. :relaxed:

:arrow_right: I see that this one is now "closed as completed". Questions:

  • a) Will network drives be usable as well to import custom filters?
  • b) Also, is it already fixed in a more global way? (i.e. network drive support not only for exporting logs as currently but also for exporting settings, etc.) Or should I open a dedicated issue for that? 🙂
