Improve the web installer - make sure the full file is downloaded

  1. If for some reason it is unable to download the full file, we should suggest user download the full installer manually.
  2. We'd better have crash reporting baked into the web installer. I mean it should suggest sending a crash report when it fails to download the full setup.exe or if there's an unexpected error.

Полностью согласен. Иметь возможность использовать полный установщик без веб инсталлятора, будет очень удобно. Конечно я не упоминаю ".msi" инсталлятор.

Задача о том, что веб инссталлер сейчас некорректно обрабатывает ситуацию когда он скачал битый установщик
