Filtering log's "New rule" dialog

First of all, there should be buttons to add new rules for every rule type, not just for DNS requests. The dialog should allow choosing the rule pattern (different domain levels, different path). When the dialog is finished, we should indicate that the request would be blocked (or unblocked) with your user filter.
