[Tweak] Add HTTP/HTTPS automatically in "Add own filter"

When I enter a path in the "Add own filter" with a top-level domain, it should automatically check first for https:// and then http:// It only added the filter after I manually added https://

Reproduced on latest Nightly on BigSur.
