Incorrect function name for checking update of filters and user scripts

Issue Details

Open the AdGuard popup in the Menu bar
Click on the settings icon

Expected Behavior

The name of the function should reflect that AdGuard checks for updates not only to filters, but also to user scripts. It should also be in the notification that appears after calling this function.

Actual Behavior

Now the name of the function reflects that AdGuard only checks for filter updates. Same problem with notification appearing after calling this function.
