AdGuard Assistant support for Vivaldi

Users ask to add Vivaldi browser to the list of supported browsers by AdGuard Browser Assistant.

upd1/ On some systems Vivaldi may stop working after uninstalling Chrome. User found that Vivaldi is looking for com.adguard.browser_extension_host.nm.json file in /Users//Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/NativeMessagingHosts/ and when you move it to </Users//Library/Application Support/Vivaldi/NativeMessagingHosts/> the assistant starts working.
