AdGuard Assistant in Safari sometimes doesn't show menu when clicked
When trying to click on the AdGuard Assistant icon in Safari, sometimes the menu refuses to show/load.
This often happens when I'm trying to load and use several tabs, and click on the 'Report' button for several websites.
Quitting Safari completely and reopening it resolves it.
Recording attached. (removed, new recording sent as per instructions below)
To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get the app logs. Here's what we need you to do:
- Click AdGuard icon in the menu bar --> Gear --> Advanced --> Logging level --> Debug;
- Reproduce the issue and remember the exact time it happened;
- Menu --> Advanced --> Export Logs and System Info...;
- Send the archive to
[email protected]and mention this issue number in the subject.
@planet0 Any news?
@Aydinv13 Still waiting for the issue to occur again, so far it hasn't.
@planet0 I'm closing this issue for now, but you can reopen it if the problem occurs again.
The timing is funny… it just happened to me now. Collecting logs now.
This is what I see in the Console when clicking on the AdGuard Assistant button, not sure if it is of any use. Date and time also listed below, although I was also clicking on it many times around it.

I can also confirm it just happens with AdGuard Assistant during this state, my other extension buttons with pop up windows work expectedly, which makes it not a Safari issue.
@Aydinv13, I've sent logs and system info to [email protected].
