Impossible to block a domain, unblocked in DNS filter, using the filtering log only

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open app.adjust.com
2. Go to the filtering log and try to block the DNS request (unblocked by AdGuard DNS filter)

Expected Behavior

Unblocked DNS request can be blocked by the rule with $important modifier (only Adblock-style syntax) ||app.adjust.com^$important

Actual Behavior

The interface does not have the option to block with high priority, and user cannot block unblocked domain using only the filtering log (without knowledge of filtering syntax). User's report: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/215612
