The 'Apps operating through proxy' screen is grayed out in Integrated mode

How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• AdGuard VPN and AdGuard apps are installed and running in Integrated mode
• Proxy module switch is disabled in AdGuard application

Steps

1. In AdGuard VPN application navigate to Exclusions -> Apps
2. Tap on the Open AdGuard button

Expected behaviour

The 'Apps operating through proxy' screen has opened in the AdGuard app, and all elements are active and displayed in green.

Actual behaviour

The 'Apps operating through proxy' screen has opened in the AdGuard app, but all elements on the screen are grayed out.
