Intercept userstyle links (for example, from UserStyles.world)

Issue Details

If I click Install on any userstyle page (like https://userstyles.world/style/4/dark-whatsapp), it just opens the page with CSS code, but AdGuard can't intercept it. So I need to manually add a link to userstyles every time, which is not convenient.

Proposed solution

Intercept userstyle links like you do for filters and userscripts.

@rakleed We haven't added this yet because we assume that a lot of userstyles use either non-standard engine or variables, which are not supported by current AdGuard's implementation.
