@Mr11234 Any updates?
Hi I downloaded adb, I don't know what to click next to install it? I extracted it and clicked all exe files but a split second box appears and goes. One of them is a command screen. I have done step 2. Step 3 both are on same network and I have stated adb connect xxxxxxx. My Google TV IP address I input but nothing happening. I presume it's all wireless connection.

I extracted it and clicked all exe files but a split second box appears and goes. Don't launch it, instead, open a command line tool on your PC — Terminal on macOS or PowerShell on Windows.
Then, navigate to the directory where adb.exe is located using the cd command.
If you already done with step 2, enter the following command to connect your TV to the PC wirelessly:
adb connect <IP address of your TV>.
Once connected, go ahead and proceed with the reproduction steps.
