@Mr11234 In order to troubleshoot this issue further, we’d like to take a look at the system logs from your device. Please collect them by following the steps below:

  1. Install adb to your PC.

  2. Unlock developer options and enable USB debugging on your TV as explained in this article.

  3. Make sure that your TV and PC use the same network, and connect your TV to PC using the adb command. adb connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is IP address of your TV.

  4. Enable protection in AdGuard application.

  5. Restart your Google TV 4k device, note the time of restart.

  6. Wait for ~2 minutes.

  7. Use the adb bugreport command to collect system bug report.

  8. Send this file to [email protected]:

    • include [android] keyword and 5680 in the subject of your email
    • specify the time of device restart

@Mr11234 Any updates?

Hi I downloaded adb, I don't know what to click next to install it? I extracted it and clicked all exe files but a split second box appears and goes. One of them is a command screen. I have done step 2. Step 3 both are on same network and I have stated adb connect xxxxxxx. My Google TV IP address I input but nothing happening. I presume it's all wireless connection.

@Mr11234

I extracted it and clicked all exe files but a split second box appears and goes. Don't launch it, instead, open a command line tool on your PC — Terminal on macOS or PowerShell on Windows.

Then, navigate to the directory where adb.exe is located using the cd command. If you already done with step 2, enter the following command to connect your TV to the PC wirelessly: adb connect <IP address of your TV>.

Once connected, go ahead and proceed with the reproduction steps.
