Add an ability to copy an applied rule in request details in the filtering log

Issue Details

When solving problems, sometimes we need to disable a rule without unlocking the request/item. Or disable the current one, and add a modified variant without leaving the current screen (also to avoid losing position in the filtering log). I mean the filtering rules that are applied from the filters.

Proposed solution

Add a long press action to Applied rules to copy an applied rule. How it looks in v3
