Add "Disable browser from system" function for Private browser
Issue Details
In Android system when there is no default browser - on some Android systems, links are opened by default in the first browser from the list of browsers on the device, so links are opened in the Private browser when there is no default browser
Proposed solution
Add "Disable browser from system" function so that links are not opened in Private browser if default browser is not available
I also want a function to disable browser from system for Private browser ...
I don't really understand this, the proper solution would be for the user to select the default browser, isn't it?
In the cases where the link is coded (somehow, Idk how) to open only in default browser (bypassing any choice) though there is none set, Android defaults to 1st 1 alphabetically, which tends to be AG's Private Browsing.
Adguard please remove this private browser or give us an option to disable it. We cant have Adguard anymore on our young kids phones, because they have full access to Porn and Youtube and other social media sites than contain harmful content we dont want a 10 and 11 year old kids to have access too. We have disabled youtube and samsung browser, but wanted to have the phones free from popup ads that target young users. But the private browser now forces us to remove Adguard from the phones.

@corb06 since AdGuard cannot be password-protected at the moment there's nothing that actually protects it from the kids simply disabling protection. @TPS's suggestion with password protection makes much more sense in this particular case.
But nevertheless, AdGuard is not a parental control tool. If you want something "closer" to it, I suggest you setting up AdGuard DNS family in Android settings, protecting settings from kids changing them is more likely to succeed.

Yeah its not a parental tool, but then again, we didnt ask for a browser being built into the app. I want Adguard to just block ads throughout the devices nothing more. But I guess this is a loosing cause. Maybe I can revert the kids Adguard app version back to when Adguard was just Adguard and not a browser??
You can rollback to an older version of course, they're all available on the releases page on Github.

In my case, I do have a default browser, but the AdGuard private browser hijacks my Zoom links! Very annoying!!

That's only a workaround, not a true solution! We shouldn't have to do that. The whole point of AdGuard is to give back control to users over their browsers and other apps from ads, takers, and other unwanted behaviours forced on us by companies. This new "private browser" is HIJACKING my Zoom links, making me manually input the meeting number and password in Zoom. I shouldn't have to do that. AdGuard, please don't be like Microsoft... Fix this! 🙏🏽
Remove the private browser, there is no need for that.
