RFE/C: Upgrade Userscript capability via ScriptCat compatability

Userscripts are evolving to do more.

Proposed solution

Update AG's Userscript manager to at least parity with ScriptCat, which has been developed to handle these increased capabilities.

Alternative solution

There's now a beta extension for (at least) Edge Android (AGVPN 👋🏾), but Idk compatibility while also running AG's own Userscript manager.

Thank you for suggestion. Could you please add more details about increased capabilities or some examples of scripts with increased capabilities for better understanding?

GTranslate of the link above gives a # of background scripts to do various autologins & checkins, &c. It'd be kinda Tasker focused on browser operations, perhaps also an expansion of the currently supported "trusted" concept for various filterlists.
