Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Use ChatGPT app, measure battery current.
Expected Behavior
No response
Actual Behavior
Normal battery current usage is up to 300mA, but sometimes it goes to over 1000mA and stays there for hours, making my phone hot, even if I go to other apps and don't use ChatGPT anymore. If I turn off AdGuard or disable AdGuard for the ChatGPT app, it doesn't do it.

Additional Information
Here are some more reports of people with this issue: https://community.openai.com/t/chat-gpt-app-android-battery-drain/731998
I can confirm the behavior on my device (Galaxy S24+). Only if the ChatGPT app is completely removed from the filtering, then the problem is solved. However, this is not an option for me, as I want to use Advanced Voice Mode via AdGuard VPN outside the EU.
I can confirm that I am also experiencing the same issue.
