Add a tool inside the app to ping DNS addresses

Issue Details

Currently, the DNS server with the lowest ping can be found only via trial and error. In some countries, some DNS servers present in the list can be unresponsive. The high latency on the DNS hinders the overall user experience.

Proposed solution

Adding a tool to ping DNS servers present in the list from within the app to find out the ones with the lowest response time and eliminate from the list the ones that are unresponsive.

A very similar util (for original RFE) works well in AGVPNa. Maybe could be adapted here?
