Steps to reproduce:
- I have default settings in AdGuard
- Wi-Fi connection is enabled
- Enable protection
- Go to system settings -> Connections -> Data usage -> Allowed networks for apps
- Set up Wi-Fi only for any browser
- Go to this browser and serf the internet
Expected Behavior
You have the Internet connection in the browser
Actual Behavior
There is no Internet connection in the browser

I'm being this too. I have YouTube blocked from using mobile data in Adguard, and when connected to WiFi with Adguard on and mobile data enabled, it cannot access the Internet. If I disable mobile data on my phone entirely, it works again. If I enable mobile data and disable Adguard, it works.
This just started recently for me, in the past day or two on the latest version of Adguard.
Tbh this sounds like an Android bug, I am not entirely sure about this
