Issue Details
Steps to reproduce: 1.Open apps like walli, back drops, mobilism while in vpn mode 2. Switch to auto proxy and open those apps again
Expected Behavior
All apps should work in either mode
Actual Behavior
switching to auto proxy makes these apps stuck in loading screen
