Request to make "protect from DPI" feature to ON/OFF based on what connection being use

Issue Details

so, my home internet isp doesn't use DPI, while my mobile phone ISP use DPI, so i want when i connected to my home wifi, the "protect from DPI" feature is automatically off, and when i use my mobile phone internet, is automatically on.

Proposed solution

solusion is making some kind of whitelist or blacklist in which connection use "protect from DPI" feature
