Application list not displaying on MIUI HyperOS 1

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch any application on your phone and use it for a few minutes
  2. In adguard, go to App Management => No application is shown

Same happens when trying the Assistant, the application list is always empty

Expected Behavior

The applications used should appear in the adguard app list

Actual Behavior

App list is always empty

Note: The problem only appears with HyperOS, MIUI is not affected And all versions of Adguard have the same problem You should do some testing with HyperOS

To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get the app logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Enable debug logging: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Debug
  2. Reproduce the issue, then remember the exact time when it happened
  3. Collect logs: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info
  4. Send this file to [email protected]:
    • mention the 5296 number in the subject
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred

We cannot fully study this problem, as it does not reproduce on our side. We assume that most likely the problem is on the side of the Operating System manufacturer. You can try contacting them and thus help us until we fully figure out the cause of this problem.
