TV: Crash when trying to add custom DNS server by link with "adguard:add_dns_server?address=" prefix

How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• Protection is enabled in AdGuard
• DNS Protection is enabled as well

Steps

1. Open https://adguard-dns.io/kb/general/dns-providers/ page in the browser (TV bro browser is recommended)
2. Tap the Add to AdGuard link next to any DNS server in the list and confirm

Expected behaviour

DNS server is successfully added

Actual behaviour

AdGuard application has crashed
