Improve the filtering log

Issue Details

Can't open app details from the filtering log and obtain the package name.

Proposed solution

a) add package name to the request details b) add a button to open Technical info or Apps management (both may be useful for users who open the filter log) с) a + b :)

I believe that clicking on the app name in the "Request details" page should open the "Apps Management" page of AdGuard for that app and not the built-in app info page in the phone settings.

The 'Technical info' menu can be added on the "Request details" page for the particular app to obtain the app details.
