Is it possible to use proxy for routing by granting ADB instead of root access.

Issue Details

In Adguard for Android, in Routing mode, there are three options: Local VPN and two proxy options for rooted devices. I wonder if we can use ADB commands to grant the app access to proxy settings instead of using root access.
