How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• The system language is French

Steps

1. Install and launch AdGuard
2. Go to Setting tab -> General -> App language
3. Select English
4. Keep application running for 2 hours (background or foreground, just don't close it)
5. Open the Statistics tab -> context menu -> Clear statistics

Expected behaviour

The "Clear statistics?" popup has appeared in English

Actual behaviour

The "Clear statistics?" popup has appeared in French
