Keep the state of the search field and scroll position after returning from the underlying screen

Would be useful to preserve the state of the search field and scroll position on certain screens after returning from the underlying screens.

Based on the feature request #4658

List of the screens

Both scroll and search:

• App management
• Apps operating through proxy
• Proxy server
• Filters
• Quick actions (Firewall module)
• Apps (Statistics tab)
• Companies (Statistics tab)

Only scroll position:

• Filter screens by category (Ad filters/Privacy filters etc.)
• Userscripts
• Tracking protection screen
• Other ad blocking filters
• Other privacy filters
• Other annoyance filters
• DNS server
• DNS filters
• Custom firewall rules
• Statistics tab

We did the same thing nearly. Please try to play with improvements in the next Nightly version.
