Make sure that we open proper settings section when installing a certificate on Samsung devices

Currently, it's quite hard for the user to find how to install the certificate on a Samsung device.

Also, here's a relevant bug report: https://t.me/adguard/124590 The log is attached to the linked JIRA issue.

I don't understand though why there's nothing about the error in the log.
