I had given up on using this app because reporting the problem did not resolve it. However, I found a solution yesterday on another forum and tried it, and the problem was solved. Cause and solution: It seems that this docomo app is not designed to work properly if I am not using the default DNS provided by docomo. So, I added "dengon.docomo.ne.jp" to "pref.dns.fallback.domains" and the problem stopped. Thanks.
