Test AdGuard with Huawei Harmony OS

Here's what we need to do:

  1. Test AG with a device with Harmony OS
  2. Figure out if there're any issues. I am aware of one issue -- AdGuard quick tile doesn't work. This might be a Harmony OS bug though.
