Add SSH proxy support

We currently support HTTP and SOCKS: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/968

It'd be great to add SSH-proxy support as well.

I think it's been added to filtering engine already, we just need to start using it in AdGuard

@ameshkov AG doesn't support NordVPN's HTTP Proxy (SSL) and HTTP CyberSec Proxy (SSL). Why? I think AG only supports HTTP proxy, not HTTPS proxy. Find a proxy server if you have a NordVPN account. https://nordvpn.com/servers/tools/
