Открываешь Яндекс Дзен, рекламы вроде нету, но стоит открыть какую ни будь статью, так сразу вылазит реклама, убираю её вручную, хватает ровно на сутки, потом всё тоже самое происходит

Указанные блоки блокируются вручную ("Блокировать рекламу вручную"), в т.ч. с доп настройкой "Блокировать похожие". Фильтр работает в течение нескольких дней (3-4), после эти блоки появляются снова. Другие способы блокировки не использовал.
