And neither the current rules in the filter nor the ones you proposed, work either in desktop applications on macOS and Windows or in the browser extension in Chrome.

The problem only with parameters starting with %24.

I cannot reproduce that, but I had similar issue and it was caused by this rule - ||reddit.com^$removeparam=rdt which has been "removed" 2 days ago. Please ensure that filter lists are up to date.

If you still have it with that option enabled, please do this:

Disable all the modules in the app, except the stealth
Leave only Block third-party Authorization header
Open the filtering log and keep it in the background
Reproduce the problem
Go back to the filtering log
Export data by clicking on the button
Send the file here in zip archive.

@zloyden I also could reproduce the issue https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/191029#issuecomment-2447379861 with Block third-party Authorization header option enabled.

Filtering Log on macOS doesn't have an export button, but in any case, only such requests are displayed in it - not a single one modified or blocked:
