In general, it's problematic website which often update anti-adblock script, there is related issue in AdGuard Extra repository -https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardExtra/issues/403 The same about this issue - https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/150267 and https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/150588 This website uses very similar method.

to user rules, seems to works fine on my end (at least for now) and should also works on dev.miuiflash.com (in case of dev.miuiflash.com it might be required to wait additional 1-2 seconds when link will be generated, otherwise there will be an error).

Screenshot I guess that it might depends on location then. With US IP I need the first rule.
