When you first load the link (www.dragontea.ink) It has the website logo then a popup ad loads on the screen and is blocked then it stays on that screen asking you to turn off your ad-blocker. They are probably using a script, it loads a popup to see if it gets blocked and then blocks you from using the website's features if it does.
