The pictures in the email are blocked. Even if I turn off nearly all filters they never reappear as long as Adguard is turned on.

The icons of the attachment were not showing when AdGuard is enabled.

For both issues we would need to get these e-mails (or steps how to reproduce it), to reproduce these problems.
the attachment icon issue is easy to replicate, it happens on any email with an attachment.
Looks like it is because of the following rule in the annoyance list.
outlook.live.com##.customScrollBar > div div.full:not([aria-label]):not([data-convid]):not([role="option"]):not([tabindex]):not(.disableTextSelection):not([title])
Okay, I was able to reproduce it. It looks like that this issue occurs only in a specific view (when the "reading pane" is disabled, which I didn't check before). I have modified this rule, so the attachment icon shouldn't be blocked, filters update will be available in 1-2 hours.
