Read the linked article again, it seems to be allowed now: "Karlsruhe erlaubt Werbeblocker" What isn't allowed it letting companies pay to get whitelisted. that's not what AdGuard does (Please double-check for yourself)

Das OLG Köln hält das Blockieren von Werbung zwar für zulässig, nicht aber das Geschäftsmodell des "Whitelisting". Dabei verlangen die Blocker-Anbieter von größeren Website-Betreibern Geld, damit sie in eine Liste mit "akzeptabler Werbung" aufgenommen werden. Dabei handele es sich um eine "unzulässige aggressive Praktik", urteilte der 6. Zivilsenat. Wegen der grundsätzlichen Bedeutung hat das OLG die Revision beim Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) in Karlsruhe zugelassen (AZ: 6 U 149/15).

The Higher Regional Court of Cologne considers the blocking of advertising to be permissible, but not the business model of "whitelisting". In doing so, the blocker providers demand money from larger website operators in order to be included in a list of "acceptable advertising". This was an "inadmissible aggressive practice," the 6th Civil Senate ruled. Due to its fundamental importance, the Higher Regional Court has granted leave to appeal to the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) in Karlsruhe (AZ: 6 U 149/15).

I see "ad blocker detected" warning always in this webpage. If I disable adguard, Operas ad blocker or privacy badger, I see no positiv result, I see there always warning about enabled adguard. Can you anyway block this ad (warning) from this webpage? With this warning is this website unusable.

On my end Operas ad blocker does not bypass it. Please read the first message.
