[Feature request] Add hotkeys

User asks for a hotkeys function implementation, especially for a hotkey to manual element blocker.

This idea should be discussed again. Optional abilities fot a hotkeys of the product:

Need to use 3 keys:

• ability to add a site to the whitelist
• to the black list
• quick detailed report of the site
• select area for hidding ad elemnt
• turn on/off the users' rules
• quick log generation and bug reporting
