AdguardBrowserExtension Arabic Localization: Proper RTL Layout and Menu Mirroring

Issue Details

Please correct the Arabic language direction in your browser extension. It should be right-to-left, not the other way around. This error is present on all pages of the extension. Also, The sidebar should be on the right side..

Please note that this issue is present in the extension interface.

The AdGuard VPN extension also has the same language direction issue. Please fix it.
