Increase file size limit to 10MB for `$replace` rules in Firefox

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to apply a $replace rule to 10 MB file

Expected Behavior

The limit does not prevent the modification of 12 MB files (or 15 MB? Not sure what is the reason for the strict restriction).

Actual Behavior

Can't apply $replace rule to 10 MB file
