Buttons in AdGuard filtering log are offset from the button text in Opera

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Adguard filtering log in Opera browser
2. Try to click a button. It might not work because the actual button is offset from it's text.
3. When I move mouse pointer a little down I can click the button.

Expected Behavior

Buttons and their text would align. I would not have to move mouse pointer and wait when it detects a link that's nearly below the button text.

Actual Behavior

Buttons and their text does not align. Actual clickable button is a little below the button text. This causes major incovenience.

Additional Information

I just installed the Opera browser and Adguard extension. Never anything like this occurred in Edge and Firefox.
