Steps to reproduce:

1. Update filters
2. Add @@||pikabu.ru^$cookie to the User rules
3. Open the browser and the filtering log
4. Open pikabu.ru in browser incognito mode
5. Open any post on pikabu.ru in a new tab
6. Refresh the page until you see the ads

Actual Behavior

Ads are displayed despite the entries in the console and the log.
