STR:

  1. Go to to Filters tab in the settings
  2. Open Language-specific group
  3. Enable any 10 filters very quickly

From a top tip I received on social media in the past hour, it seems the problems are far, far more severe than if they're merely mass-toggled. A Firefox user (I'm keeping them anonymous for now) reported the regional lists untoggling themselves if even one list is tried to turn on in that section: https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/discussions/779#discussioncomment-9411439
