Issue Details

STR:

1. Disable all filters and add /reklam- to the user rules
2. Open a new incognito tab
3. Open the filtering log on this tab and go to https://techolay.net/sosyal/konu/reklam-engelleyici-kullanmak-ahlaki-olarak-dogru-mu.6125/
4. Check whether the user rule is in the log
5. Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl-F5 and check the log again
6. Refresh the page by pressing F5
7. Replace the user rule you added with @@/reklam- and follow steps 2-6 steps again
