Opera users should be asked to allow AdGuard access to search page results

Issue Details

By default, Opera does not allow extensions to access search engine sites. Because of this, ads are not blocked on them. Moreover, the other sections of the site that are on this domain are not filtered (for example, https://yandex.ru/pogoda/).

Proposed solution

Ask users to allow Adgard access to such sites. By default, Allow access to search page results option is disabled.
