Privacy group switch is partially out of sync with Stealth Mode `Block trackers` switch

Issue Details

• AdGuard version: 4.1.1
• Browser and version: Chrome 103
• Operating system and version: Windows 10
• Filters you use in AdGuard: Base, 2x AdGuard tracking, Social, Annoyances, Russian
• Stealth Mode settings: All, except cookies
• Other browser extensions: no

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Block trackers in Stealth mode, the Privacy group in filters and two AdGuard filters in this group
2. Disable the Privacy group

Actual behavior

Block trackers is still enabled

Expected behavior

Block trackers is disabled

Disable and enable Block trackers option - Privacy group => enabled. Block trackers does not react on turning off the group of filters.
