chrome://whats-new/ doesn't work on Allowlist
AdGuard 4.0.163 Chrome 102.0.5005.61 macOS 12.4 Filters: AdGuard Annoyances
Adding chrome://whats-new/ to the Allowlist doesn't work. Also, the enable/disable widget doesn't appear in the AdGuard extension popup on chrome://whats-new/ even though the extension shows 2 items blocked on that page.
This issue is related to https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/119765
The page chrome://whats-new/ has an iframe that loads a google.com URL. And then https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/blob/1166fb2489a22a0120cd3bc72cd1d80a0da611e7/AnnoyancesFilter/sections/cookies_specific.txt#L9350 sets a cookie and some local storage for google.com. This behavior can't be disabled in AdGuard.
This is particularly problematic because I have google.com under Sites that that can never use cookies on chrome://settings/cookies
