It's enough for me that this extension blocks ads and I don't use statistics feature. Maybe an option could be added to turn off the stats tab in the assistant.

Also, there should be an option to stop keeping statistics. I don't want the extension to keep total statistics of blocked items.

@urvbcn88 Will explain just in case: this statistics is stored on your laptop only, and it's not being sent anywhere. It might be shared with us only if "Help with the development of AdGuard filters" feature is enabled. We will think about giving users the ability to hide the statistics, but unlikely to disable it completely.

Every call to chrome.storage.set create a new ldb file under Local Extension Settings\pdffkfellgipmhklpdmokmckkkfcopbh and the file has all the enabled rules in it. So, this adds about 2MB of disk write on every block on my computer. That's huge because Tracking Protection Filter typically blocks a lot of requests.
