$stealth mode exclusions are not visible in filtering log

• AdGuard version: 4.0.41

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Stealth Mode(all options);
2. Add @@||example.com^$stealth and open filtering log;

Actual Behavior

Stealth mode is not applied, but exclusion is not printed to filtering log;

Expected Behavior

Exclusion is visible.
