URL parameters, added without page refresh, cannot be removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add ||imdb.com$removeparam=ref_
2. Go to https://www.imdb.com/video/vi2766257945?ref_=vp_rv_2
3. Click any video in Related Videos

Actual behavior

ref_ parameter is not removed. Also no network request with URL of new page(new page is loaded as Fetch). Parametr removed after page refresh only.
